SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LUMA — THE LABEL processes orders within approximately 1–3 business days following payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

We currently offer shipping within Canada to destinations supported by our checkout.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed before the customer completes their purchase. Free standard shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders of CAD $75 or more.

Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes and may vary according to destination, shipping service, and circumstances affecting transportation.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our delivery obligations in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits the customer's statutory rights or remedies for late, lost, damaged, or undelivered goods.
