Before returning an item

Please keep the item unworn, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Do not send a return without first following the return instructions that will be published here.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact LUMA with your order details and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
